Can i make VOLTE True HD calles on Iphone6s ?

I Have iphone6s

now i am using 4G sim which allowes us VOLTE trure HD Calls

but i am not able to make calles in iphone 6s and when i tryied in any other devies then it works

plz help me

iPhone 6s, iOS 10.0.2

I understand that you're not able to make phone calls with Voice over LTE (VoLTE) on your iPhone 6s. I'm happy to provide some assistance.
